(New York, January 21, 2015) – Milberg LLP is pleased to announce that partner Ariana J. Tadler has been selected as Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society that recognizes the country’s top trial attorneys.
A prominent member of the plaintiffs’ bar and a member of Milberg’s Executive Committee, Ms. Tadler has over 22 years of experience litigating and managing the full spectrum of both complex securities and consumer class actions and commercial disputes. In addition, she is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading authorities on electronic discovery in plaintiffs’ litigation, a field she has helped pioneer. Ms. Tadler’s contributions to the development of the law and best practices also extend to such areas as the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and numerous pilot programs.
In just the past year, Ms. Tadler also has been recognized by such organizations as Benchmark Litigation, which included her in its list of 2014 Top 250 Women Litigators, and American Lawyer Media, which named her as among its select group of 2014 Women Leaders in the Law.
