Peter Seidman

Peter Seidman joined Milberg in 2000 as an associate, becoming a partner in January 2004. He actively engages in the investigation and prosecution of securities litigation on behalf of defrauded investors.
Before joining Milberg, he was an associate with the New York law firm of Orans, Elsen & Lupert LLP for five years, where he was active in both civil and white collar criminal litigation in federal and state courts. In addition, Mr. Seidman has worked as a journalist for a variety of publications and he served as a Peace Corps volunteer living and working among the Guarani, an indigenous tribe in Paraguay.
Mr. Seidman is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York.
