McVoy, who specializes in managing complex e-discovery issues in the context of large, international litigation. He has directed collection, review, and production in several high-profile merger investigations, including the first case ever to involve the production of documents in native format to the U.S. Department of Justice. In addition, Mr. McVoy has considerable experience managing e-discovery matters of international scope, including retrieval, processing, and management of data from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
