Overview
Milberg has a long tradition of representing the victims of wrongdoing. In the field of human rights and unfair labor practices, the Firm represented plaintiffs in a series of important cases related to obtaining compensation for injustices suffered in connection with the Holocaust and World War II.
Milberg is also representing many of the Nigerian victims who, without informed consent, were given the experimental drug Trovan by Pfizer Inc. following the 1996 meningitis outbreak in Nigeria.
